Red Snapper fillet pan-fried in a tomato and white wine sauce flavoured with bay leaves, green olives and capers and served with white rice and grilled vegetables

Aubergine, celery and red bell pepper filled pastry flavoured with cumin, garlic and corriander and served with a Cuban Caprese – sliced buffalo mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes, oregano and fresh basil drizzled in balsamic vinegar
