Fringe Pop Up Kitchen!!

This year’s Fringe BBQ at Surgeon’s Courtyard is going to be the best in Edinburgh. End of.

Along with the BBQ faves from last year we’ll be running awesome daily specials prepared by the team at No. Ten Restaurant.

Here are some of our ideas-

Smoked herring with fried potato and tarragon and lemon oil

Moules Mariniere with samphire and homemade bread

Hot smoked-on-the-bbq-venison with grilled potatoes and black currant jus

Grilled sardines with homemade alioli

Scottish Salmon Ceviche with fresh coriander, chillies, lime and red chard

Slowly braised lamb belly with plum sauce 

Lamb loin chop with mint and Drambuie Jus and fondant potato

Haggis stuffed chicken ballotine with mustard whisky sauce

And the daily menu will be:

Aberdeen Angus steak burger with summer leaves, tomato and gherkin

Cajun chicken burger with kos lettuce

Scotch beef minute steak and caramelised onion sandwich

Harissa marinated haloumi and meditteranean vegetable skewers in pitta bread with salad
